ABOUT:
Alyssa Ruffin is a multi-award-winning Recording Artist, and Singer-Songwriter originally from Mason City, Iowa. She is a 7x Nominee at the 2023 Fair Play Country Music Awards in Holland, and a 2x Nominee at the 2023 Mississippi Music Awards. She won the “Country Voice of the Year” Award at the 2022 Fair Play Country Music Awards in Holland, the “Songwriter Achievement” Award at the 2022 Josie Music Awards in Nashville, the “Vocalist of the Year” Award at the 2021 Josie Music Awards, the 2021 Global Music Awards Bronze “Honors” Award, and is a Semi-Finalist at the 2022 UK International Songwriting Contest. She’s a 9x JMA Nominee, 11x Fair Play Country Music Awards Nominee, a 3x World Songwriter Awards Nominee, and 3x WSA Top 10 Finalist.
Alyssa opened for Country Music Group Sawyer Brown performing for 30,000+ patrons, Country Music Group Confederate Railroad performing for 10,000+ patrons, Billboard Chart-topping Rock band Hinder, ASCAP Award-winner J.R. Richards of Dishwalla, Legendary Hip-Hop Artist Coolio, AMA Award-winning Rock band Firehouse, and performed with Legendary musician, and the former lead guitarist of Wilson Pickett – David Panzer. Alyssa performed in the Global Green “Music For The Planet” benefit concert, along with Grammy Award-winner Lisa Loeb, Paula Cole, Taylor Dayne, Jody Watley, Melody Thornton of the Pussycat Dolls, and Vanessa Bell-Armstrong.
Additionally, Alyssa performed alongside her mother on the original Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee, and for Legendary Buddy Holly’s wife – Maria Holly, at a Buddy Holly Anniversary Memorial Event in Clear Lake, Iowa.
